Founded in 1864, Pellorce and Jullien is managed and directed by the great grandson of one of the founders. The company has 15,000m2 of factories and warehouses, out of which 8,000m3 of positive cold (+4°C) and negative cold storage.(-18° / -20° C).

30 full time employees which are supplemented by 20 seasonal workers in June and July (fresh fruit period) and 40 other seasonal workers from September to December (season of the marrons glacés).

Two integrated laboratories, one for the physical chemical quality control and the other for the bacteriological analysis. Establishment of the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and critical Control Points) method to guarantee the quality of production and food safety.

Pellorce & Jullien exports 35% of its production to over 25 countries, some of which are in the European Union, the United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, North Africa and the Middle East.
